Serving at The Mill

The Welcome Team does a great job making a first impression! Our Welcome Team is the first experience of The Mill that visitors see, and that experience can influence how people view the gospel!
Each service has a team of volunteers who serve by greeting at the front doors, talking with and guiding visitors, working in the welcome center, ushering, and helping people find a seat.
All you need is an interest in people, a big smile and a desire to make people feel welcome!

There's a little something for everybody in Mill Kids Ministry! From check-in, to welcoming, to classroom help, to teaching a class, if you want to make a difference in the lives of the children who attend The Mill during our Sunday service, this is for you!
This would be a great place to serve together as a couple, or to team up with a teen.
At The Mill, we don't believe our children are the FUTURE of the church, we believe they ARE the church!

The Mill Students youth group meets every Sunday Night from 6:30-8 pm. If you have a heart for the next generation, love working with teens and want to have lot of fun, then this is the team for you!

The Worship Team helps lead the congregation in worship through music. Team members scheduled for a particular Sunday rehearse on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings before service. If you have musical ability and a heart to serve the church, we’d love to talk with you. (Musical ability is required).

The production and sound team works behind the scenes to help our worship services run smoothly! Running the slides, sound board, video stream, and lighting are all important aspects of this team. Anyone can push a button! This team is a great starting place for serving at The Mill!

The maintenance team helps with keeping our church looking good and in working order from the inside out! Building and grounds upkeep, landscaping, and small-scale construction projects are all within the scope of this team.
